This people are thieves first time I went to do my hair they charged me $45 for a wash and set I always go to the Bronx for a wash and set which they charge me $30 but I left it alone and today I called to come in for a wash and set and the lady told me on the phone the price is $65 how when a perm is $55 and what she told me it’s their price the city needs to look into them overcharging people because they barely have customers.I pass by all the time and it’s always one person doing their hair.I feel like the place is not e... read more

They for sure have perm in the shampoo and conditioner because I’ve shaved my head 3x and wear my curly hair often I know what virgin curly hair is like. My hair texture completely changed after 2 visits. Didn’t bother texting the owner to ask because I already know. I had a perm many years ago and I know what my curls are like especially what they're like when my hair is growing back from being bald. My hair was virgin hair so this is really upsetting. I highly recommend this place because Nayra does an excellent job waxing my eyebrow’s besides that she does my mother’s highlights which leaves my mother feeling glamorous after lol , I truly appreciate the service here as a client for so long I can say this is the best salon located on mermaid ! the owner is really friendly & respectful towards everyone😌
