Disgusting service. Was yelled at infront of a client, after they dyed it I asked about the bald spot; they said we knew that was there. I said I didn’t noticed it as the hair was blonde and now they have dyed the roots darker. It could have been appreciated if they let me know this may be the outcome. She said well I wouldn’t have died your wig but the employee decided to. Then the owner said to me “we re not dying your hair again. We don’t want you back here”.

Ordered a wig online only to find out they had no stock in their warehouse. I was emailed promptly and told they would get it in 7-10 business days. Having not ordered from this store before I was a little nervous about the transaction, but the communication from Cheryl through the process was hugely appreciated and my purchase was express posted to me the moment the product arrived. They had run out of all but a few of the shorter styles. And the ones they had in stock, they didn't have the darker brown colour. When my 1hr was up, a nicer lady took over and actually took the time to help me. But I ended up spending $350 on a wig I didn't love. Just so I didn't leave with out having a wig

Lovely shop and such a great experience! I felt really comfortable and welcomed. The lady who helped me was very attentive and helpful, but also gave me plenty of space and time to choose without any pressure. It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
