If you ask her to add extensions to have the hair sewn in, she doesn't honor your word. She doesn't braid your hair; she uses your own, and it starts to break when you wear the extensions. I'm so disappointed. One day she ruined my 360 wig. I paid so much money, and she lied about having experience with wigs and didn't install it properly. She's a huge disappointment.
