Marcella and Tomo were excellent. They accomodated my family of 5 last minute on a Sunday after only booking and appointment for my 1 child. Were very informative patient and helpful!
As a nanny I'm so grateful for your business! I've had 4 kids and grandkids and never had lice. My oldest charge goes to private Kindergarten and a few months in and here we are. Julie and Alec did an amazing, thorough and detailed job getting me lice free. They were professional and empathetic to the situation as well as full of knowledge!

Hi! I had a WONDERFUL experience with Margie, the Charlotte, NC manager, in San Francisco. She calmed my fears with her knowledge, was gentle and caring during my treatment, and I left feeling clean and comforted. She also gave me the best bun! Lastly, she gave me advice and suggestions to prevent lice in the future with hair fairy products as I am a teacher. She made an inconvenient situation much less stressful! Thank you, Margie!
Marcela and Margie were wonderful! My 5yr old and I just saw them today and they did a wonderful job screening us for lice! There’s a current lice situation in her preschool class and I needed confirmation that she didn’t get lice. Thankfully she’s lice-free! Margie was super gentle with my 5yr old who is notoriously a difficult patient. She loved her updo at the end of the screening! Would definitely come back again and highly recommend!
