My younger sister went in today to get her hair checked. She had been going a couple of weeks ago because she had lice and wanted to keep checking she was free of it. When she went to her appointment today, the door was locked. After she had knocked non stop, she heard someone inside say her name and complain that they had already checked her a ton of times. We visited here on 06/26/19. The staff is pretty friendly. The environment is comfortable. We had our first session and were told to come back in 4 days. We followed their instructions to wash my daughter’s hair daily for the 4 days and keep it in either or braid or bun. Fast forward to July 8th I began to notice my daughter’s scalp becoming alarmingly dry. Pieces of her scalp were coming off!
