This place is a RIPOFF!!! Do not come here! I took my daughter here because I saw some eggs. Her daycare said there was lice found on a kid in another class but not hers. I made the appt for 1 hr. They had her scheduled for 2.5 hrs!! I told them when I made the appt she had short hair, its very fine and I only saw a few eggs. I viewed the video on THEIR OWN WEBSITE and when we were there, they did not even follow the steps in their own video!!! Their product is great. We’ve driven to this location on 2 occasions (2 diff fam members) only to find out they closed early for the day. It’s a 30mn drive for me and a huge inconvenience as well as a bit disappointing being that google will reflect as “open”. I’ll be ordering online in the future should we ever have the need. Cream & shampoo is highly effective and the product is “minty”. Also leaves the hair soft! 👌🏼
