We can't thank Jen enough for her kindness, expertise, and care throughout this challenging situation. Dealing with an ongoing infestation at our daughter's school was stressful, but Jen made the entire process much easier. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I came in for a simple lice check and Jen spent the entire session interrogating me about my race. No matter how much I conveyed discomfort, she continued to make assumptions about me, ask which “ethnic side I feel more as” (as if I cannot treat both my parents equally because I’m mixed), and objectified me like I am not American even after telling her that I am from here. "Daddy, if I get lice again, can we go to Hair Fairies?" My daughter asked that after our visit, and while I hope she doesn't get lice again, I would definitely take her to Hair Fairies again. I had taken a shot at treating the lice myself but suspected I hadn't gotten all the nits, so I booked a treatment appointment.
