Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I came in for a simple lice check and Jen spent the entire session interrogating me about my race. No matter how much I conveyed discomfort, she continued to make assumptions about me, ask which “ethnic side I feel more as” (as if I cannot treat both my parents equally because I’m mixed), and objectified me like I am not American even after telling her that I am from here.
