You replied a year after. You don’t even know who the client was by now, unless you know you were so messed up it’s still a memory. Your hour interaction doesn’t compare to my years with her. I am extremely disappointed with the unethical practices at this salon. I personally consulted with the stylist in advance, in person, to confirm the price for a blowout for my daughter, which was agreed upon at $45. The stylist saw my daughter’s hair length, texture, and condition firsthand, and assured me that this was the correct price for the blowout.
