Stephanie did an amazing job on my hair I will now be using her forever on my Hair. I’ve shopped around for a long time . She did my extension so beautifully and the color looks amazing.
I paid the $30 to come in for a consult and ended up walking out of the consultation because she was not being polite whatsoever and what she called educating me about extensions. Side note, she does not do any type of color for blondes. Good luck!
The quality of the invisible tape ins is terrible! When I went for my install appt I thought they looked a little tangled but I didn’t think too much of it, I thought it was the way she placed them into her rack and I was excited. After one wash, my 1,480 dlls extensions were dry and tangled. When I messaged her with my concern, she took a while to respond and recommended products which I purchased, I followed all her recommendations (purchased her same flat iron, shampoos and leave in treatments she recommended). Amazing! Stephanie helped me find my way into the hair extension world. The quality of the extensions were beyond amazing, I used my brown set for about 8 months and only then got new ones because with trims the length was not where I wanted. Stephanie explains everything and gives great tips on products and techniques to care for your extensions to make them last! Stephanie is súper profesional and organized. She really likes and enjoy what she does and you can see that during the process and the final result. She really cares and will help to find out the best option to have a beautiful natural looking hair. Additionally, her place is very quiet and welcoming.
