Kim is amazing! I was so unhappy with my thin, fine hair and I was looking for getting some extensions. In the first appointment I was very impressed with her experience and knowledge and I knew she was the right person to take care of my hair. And I couldn't be more happy! The hair is amazing, very easy to take care. She also color my hair and it blends so perfect with the extensions! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for extensions!

I have been going to Kim for the last 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say. She is super easy to talk to and makes your appointment fun and entertaining. When I first started looking into hair extensions I was living in Seattle at the time and she had by far the best reviews so I thought it was worth the drive, especially with all of the things that can go wrong with hair extensions if they don't know what they are doing. I had a great consultation but the extension installation and blending was not good at all. My roots were perfectly matched but the rest of my hair was not. A good part of my consultation was explaining that my hair was not virgin past a certain point. There was a drastic line between where the extensions stopped and while I furnished 4 bags of hair I made it very clear that I did not want all bags of hair installed but they were anyways (I have fine hair). Kim has done such an amazing job with my extensions. She always works with my busy schedule & goes above and beyond to fit me in. She works quickly and efficiently and her prices are reasonable.
