I was referred to this salon to surprise my wife for Mothers Day. Called to get an appointment and was advised they have a group text and they will text them to see if anyone has openings. After 2 weeks of no response I called the salon today to say I haven’t received any response and was advised by the employee that yes they have a personal text group and if they don’t have time you won’t get a call, apparently ever, and the call ended matter of factly from a different employee there and the call ended abruptly. I was able to squeeze in an appointment with Mallory! She did a fabulous job and was able to achieve the look I wanted! Would totally recommend her.

Hailey did my hair and it was supposed to be gray highlights. I had my hair done on the 23rd washed my hair the 25th and my hair was completely dark. She went on vacation the next day and I could not contact her, my sister ended up in KC paralyzed and I was with her the next week. I contacted her as soon as I could with all that was going on and sent pictures and pictures with the dates to show her. She refuses to do anything about it.
