Hailey did my hair and it was supposed to be gray highlights. I had my hair done on the 23rd washed my hair the 25th and my hair was completely dark. She went on vacation the next day and I could not contact her, my sister ended up in KC paralyzed and I was with her the next week. Extremely rude. Wouldn’t let me set up a haircut even if it was a month in advance. Was looking up my calendar and they hung up on me.
