I don’t get to go get my own hair done because life can be hectic! So when I scheduled my appointment a few days ahead of time, I had to cancel just a few hours before it. They worked me in for the very next day and Monica always knows exactly what I’m saying when I vaguely explain what I think I want and she somehow makes it happen! I’ve been here maybe 5 times and I have left happy every time! Plus the head massage is amazing!! 😉
I went to Hair Expert Salon for the first time today. I had a great experience. my haircut looks amazing. I am super impressed. Holli was my stylist and she did a fantastic job. I highly reccomend her.
Katie has always done a fantastic job, I made an appointment for my son Logan and he left smiling from ear to ear. She asked him exactly what he wanted and gave her advice considering he's 12. He never wants anyone else to cut his hair.
I have found my home for hair care here in Manhattan! They were all amazing. Rachel dyed/trimmed my hair and Hailey styled an updo test for my wedding. They were both wonderful. I won't be going anywhere else!!

If you get the opportunity to visit the salon, I highly recommend seeing Dallas! She did an AMAZING job! I found a photo on Pinterest of a balayage that I wanted done & she replicated it to perfection!! Such a great experience & she knew exactly what she was doing & what was best to keep my hair healthy and gorgeous! Highly recommend!
I got my hair done here a few weeks ago and it was supposed to be a "balayage". It ended up taking 3.5+ hours without even having time for a cut, and instead of a natural balayage all of my ends were completely bleached. This looked like it was done out of a box and not at all what a balayage should look like. When confronted, the stylist didn't even apologize or offer to fix it. I had to go to another salon the next day to fix it before graduation and she was horrified by what she saw. Waste of time and money, disappointed.
