I’m just getting around to writing a review about my visit to Hair Escapade a few weeks ago. I’m always nervous about trying new places, as I, like many others, am quite picky about whose hands I let in my hair. I must say the welcoming environment helped me feel at ease. Amber was very welcoming and made me feel quite comfortable. She did a great job on my hair. I only needed a regular service that included shampoo/conditioning, a silk press, and a curl. I came to Hair Escapades looking for a big change. I’ve always struggled with styling my hair, I knew I wanted to keep a natural style and something I could manage with a busy lifestyle/gym/work/ect. Amber recommended a keratin treatment to enhance my natural curls and walked me through the entire process. She made me feel very comfortable and was very personable, as well as, knowledgeable. I have been coming to this salon for years now and I would highly recommend this salon. They also did my hair for my wedding! They use great products, teach you about hair care, and you always leave in a better mood! They have great energy at the salon and always play good music. I come for deluxe silk press package. It comes with a deep steam conditioning treatment, a trim, and style. So lucky that I have a salon in the valley and don't have to drive all the way to LA!

Amber did my relaxer yesterday and I had the best experience. She was extremely gentle the whole time, which I really appreciated because my scalp is very sensitive. She based my scalp properly before applying the relaxer, so there was no burning at all. The salon has such a great vibe. it’s very clean, the music is great and the atmosphere is really comfortable. I absolutely love going to this shop! Amber is a true professional hairdresser & stylist. She spent a lot of time getting the color of my hair just right as my hair wasn't taking the color at first. But she did a fabulous job that I have come to expect from her. I come all the way from Costa Rica just for her services.
