1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointed I had a very disappointing experience at Hair Envy Newmarket, specifically with stylist Venessa. I went in asking for face-framing highlights around my hairline (since I always wear my hair up) and a tone refresh on my existing highlights. Venessa assured me that everything I wanted was “no issue” and could be done with 12 foils. The results were nothing like what I asked for. Got my bridal hair and makeup done here this past weekend and it really had to hold up to the tests I put it through, because I spent the whole afternoon/evening crying of joy, then sweating my buns off on the dance floor. The HMU services held up and then some!! I felt fabulous all night and it was all worth every penny. Thank you so much to all four HMU girls for their amazing work :)
I have some long and thick hair and the stylists at Hair Envy have always been wonderful with my hair. They always offer fabulous service that keeps me coming back every time. I also had Hair Envy recently do my hair for my wedding and they were absolutely incredible! They truly created my wedding hair of my dreams. I cannot recommend working with Hair Envy enough.
I recently started coming here and I see Vanessa. She has been incredible at listening to what my hair goals are and giving me realistic suggestions and guidance on getting there. She has absolutely nailed the tone of my highlights and has worked miracles on the shape of my curly hair. I couldn’t be happier with Vanessa and the service I have received.
