Honestly so disappointed in my appointment today with Becky. I came in yesterday for a cut and a consult where I was told I would need to do a strand test since I have years of box dye on hair. She was running late initially and never ended up doing a strand test. The cut came out great but when I came back the next day for the colour that’s where everything went wrong. I left very unhappy with how my hair turned out. I saw Izzy and after explaining what I wanted done she seemed to understand what I was asking for but as the appointment went on it seemed to go downhill. I told her I use to have red hair and I know it’s hard to get out of hair which is why I brought it up but she never told me what I was looking to do wasn’t going to happen. I came here a couple years ago to get blonde highlights. i walked out with brown hair for 450 dollars. i showed vanessa this picture and this is what i left with. she was a senior stylist. Horrible customer service aswell they were rude the minute i walked in.
