The owner of this store ACTUALLY CARES. She knows what products I need whatever I plan to do with my hair. So far she has recommended products that I STILL BUY!! But more importantly when she asks “How are you?” She means it and she listens and I feel seen. She has the best reward points system that make products cheaper- but I refuse to use points because I want to pay 100% towards her company. She’s the best. Truly. We needed her in Elk Grove.
I loved my experience was able to get a good wig from here and for a good deal too I’ll be back soon

For a beauty supply in Elk Grove it’s not bad. To be honest I only was there for a quick second for some hair dye but when looking around they had beauty supply essentials. Mostly in the braiding world but I did see some decent packaged hair too.
Had ok experiences before but this time when I came in lady in the front desk was being rude asking me questions like she thought I was gonna steal or something and felt the need to watch me shop . Made me super uncomfortable.. ended up PURCHASING and leaving . ( understand asking question but don’t talk in a rude tone and watch & listen to certain customers NOT ok) hope you learn and take the feedback well moving forward ) god bless .
