It was my first time at the salon and I booked haircuts for my 2 grandchildren with Jessica. She was so sweet and did a fantastic job on both my granddaughter and grandson. Every single person that worked there was kind and sweet. We will definitely continue to go back to Jessica. My grandkids loved the experience!
This comes with a heavy heart as I was a loyal customer to the salon for many many years. However, I needed my nails to be maintained for a few days before I had my nails updated with my nail technician, as she had left the salon and my nails were overdue because of scheduling on my part and the transition. I was put with a new technician and needless to say he was very new and uneducated and did things to my nails that were not supposed to be done with gel. When I made my appointment I had hesitated due to prior bad experiences at other salons/nail studios. Jessica reached out to ensure my appointment booked properly in their system as she had noticed an error only a few minutes after I had booked. The staff were all kind, courteous and went out of their way to make me feel special and pampered and to help alleviate any stress or anxieties I had about my appointment. Extremely satisfied with my hair after seeing Alex for the first time! She was friendly, punctual, and a great listener as to what I was requesting for my hair trim/style. She recommended products for my specific hair type and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend Alex!
