Very dissatisfied and upset with my experience here. Came in for a blonding service and left with my hair darker than it was to begin with. Asked for a partial refund due to this and they declined. Would not recommend. Bad business not to offer refunds when there is this level of dissatisfaction. Attached are the before and after photos of my hair
This place is where it’s at. Jacob has not only managed to lift many years of dark plum/black box die out of my hair, but placed a perfect perm without killing my hair. Every single stylist is fun and interactive with all clients (Not just their own) and it genuinely makes for a fun experience.
