When I made my appointment I had hesitated due to prior bad experiences at other salons/nail studios. Jessica reached out to ensure my appointment booked properly in their system as she had noticed an error only a few minutes after I had booked. The staff were all kind, courteous and went out of their way to make me feel special and pampered and to help alleviate any stress or anxieties I had about my appointment. I can’t rave enough about my wedding day hairstylist, Alex! My hair turned out exactly how I dreamed it would, and every single person in the wedding party looked absolutely stunning.
