Poor attitude and customer service from Oscar on two occasions during my arrival. Legitimate questions should be answered without malice or sarcasm. Lost my business.
I took the plunge and decided to change hair stylists....as sometimes you just need to go to someone new to help you figure out what the heck to do with your hair. Susan was so patient listening to my rambling thoughts and photos"....and badda bing, badda boom, I leave with a nice hair colour, highlights and cut that worked perfectly for the way I wear my hair. Terrific prices! She is a very talented multitasking stylist. I also enjoyed just sharing space with 2 or 3 people vs a very crowded salon.
