I got a haircut by Jessica/Giana (whoever is the closed to the window) and it turned out absolutely horrific. I went in with flow/long hair and left with short, "dyke" looking hair. I asked to keep it long, she had it looking long and good, but then went back after finished while doing a *nod* of approval to cut it shorter.
