Kim is absolutely AMAZING!!! She listened and gave such helpful advice of my overdo haircut of 3 years, she made me so comfortable the minute I sat in her chair! Kim brought the beauty back into my hair after 3yrs! We need more women and hairstyles like you! I’m FOREVER a customer! Thank You Kim!

This was my second appointment at Hair Designs North. I was extremely happy last month with my cut, so I couldn't wait to get my hair trimmed, and have a fresh look to it... I wear a simple bob, and asked for it to be trimmed to just under my chin. As you can see by the first picture,, the cut is much shorter and there is chunk of hair missing, to where it won't even stay behind my ear as in the 2nd picture from last month. I'm not sure if I will be back, I know I won't need my February appointment, not sure about March...
