I came in for an all over color and cut. When I booked my appt, I was told that the person I was booked with was the most experienced. The color turned out well but she didnt pin my hair up and let the wet dye sit on my neck and ears. She messed up the cut completely giving it a huge angle which isnt what I asked for.
