I had a last minute appointment and found her on booksy, I wished I never went. I needed crochet removed that was tangled up in my hair & a roller set. She cut an entire braid of my hair in the front, then tried to make me believe myself or my daughter who helped me take it down cut my hair. After that, I wanted to get out quickly so I asked for a silk press, which puffed up an hour after I left her shop. I originally contacted Monica to get the sewing with leave out redone because it was coming loose and growing out when I got there everything seemed fine at first, but then she ended up leaving me in her chair for 45 minutes while she left to go run an errand with my hair half done and then when I went to take the weave out all my braided up hair was knotted up together. Ms. Monica is a beautiful person inside and out. She was already at the shop when I arrived, she is fast and did a wonderful job on my sew in. It was a pleasure being her client.
