I originally contacted Monica to get the sewing with leave out redone because it was coming loose and growing out when I got there everything seemed fine at first, but then she ended up leaving me in her chair for 45 minutes while she left to go run an errand with my hair half done and then when I went to take the weave out all my braided up hair was knotted up together. Ms. Monica is a beautiful person inside and out. She was already at the shop when I arrived, she is fast and did a wonderful job on my sew in. It was a pleasure being her client.
