I wish I could give this a zero. This is more like a Barber shop not a salon. The woman does more men's haircuts. I did not know beforehand. I showed her the 2 pics of the cut I wanted and stressed the length. She ended up giving me a very short boy like hair cut. Then got mad and tried to make excuses for why she cut so much off. I did end up getting the money back. However do feel like the woman was very unprofessional. I'm including pics. I wanted a medium textured bob. Always, love going here. She is so nice and always does a good job with a good conversation to go with the cut.
