If I could give a zero I would my kids came to get hair cut pretty much refused to even touch my 3 year old after he was already paid for and ultimately opted without even trying to cut his hair to just refund us .! I will not return and my kids won’t either ! If you don’t cut kids hair you should state that instead of having a nasty attitude and acting rude to a 3 year old .

This was the worst cut I’ve ever got in my life, I could have done it better myself without hands, and Tourette’s syndrome. Worst experience of my life. This gave me depression.

I wish I could give this a zero. This is more like a Barber shop not a salon. The woman does more men's haircuts. I did not know beforehand. I showed her the 2 pics of the cut I wanted and stressed the length. She ended up giving me a very short boy like hair cut. Then got mad and tried to make excuses for why she cut so much off. I did end up getting the money back. However do feel like the woman was very unprofessional. I'm including pics. I wanted a medium textured bob.
