A few days ago I got a BAD HAIRCUT at SALON Ezenzia by Edith Miller. I was her loyal client for about 5 years. Today I went back to her to let her know that I am not quite happy with the cut. Front is to short and uneven. Edith said that she can't fix it. And she insisted that "I asked for it". And then she was REALLY REALLY RUDE to me! Edith is a genius! I not only got trained to stop perming and learned how to handle my own hair; I've seen clients come in with (practically) dreds! and have seen her wave a magic wand and transform it. So many people have asked me who does my hair and I proudly refer them to Spa Ezenzia.

I called specifically asking for a certain type of fake nail. They gave me an appointment. I waited 45 mins AFTER said appointment time and was then told they did not have the nail I requested. I told them to just do whatever nail they had. They then told me that it was too late in the day because they closed early on Fridays... WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THAT "LATE" IN THE DAY IF YOU CANNOT HONOR IT!!! I was so surprised and disgusted with the service, I walked out immediately! Do not waste your time.
