I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in with long hair and was given to a trainee who clearly wasn’t fully trained. The blow dry was done poorly and another stylist had to step in, which ended up taking almost two hours just for a blow dry. On top of that, the trainee scratched my face with his nail – extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. I had a fantastic experience with Dominic. He gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time, sharp, flattering, and exactly what I was hoping for. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered expert suggestions that really elevated the final look. The atmosphere at the salon is welcoming and professional, and Dominic’s attention to detail truly stands out. Highly recommend!
