I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in with long hair and was given to a trainee who clearly wasn’t fully trained. The blow dry was done poorly and another stylist had to step in, which ended up taking almost two hours just for a blow dry. On top of that, the trainee scratched my face with his nail – extremely unprofessional and unhygienic.
