Ruth was incredibly kind, thoughtful, informative and all around amazing. They listened to my hair concerns, took the time to educate me and really achieve the goal I wanted. I have naturally curly hair but have never been to a stylist who specializes in curls. I've liked my curls but they always seem to be lacking in volume and definition. After consulting with Ruth it was obvious that the right cut with someone certified in curl hair design is essential. Also, how you style makes a huge difference and this wasn't something taught to me by my regular stylist. Calling all Portland and Vancouver curlies, Ruth is AMAZING! I have long, natural curls that have typically been 2c-3a, but after my cut with Ruth it bounced up into the 3a-3b categories.
