Jen is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable and skilled. She installed a weft for me and was very informative in her aftercare instructions. I look fabulous and it’s all thanks to her. I plan on going back here for all my future hair care needs.

I was desperate for a haircut and Hair Design 27 was the only place where I was able to make an appointment conveniently. Jen was great, she made me feel so comfortable and was very welcoming and understanding of what I wanted. The cut was super quick and turned out great, and the price was great for the service provided. I will definitely be booking again in the future!

Botched my hair then was annoyed she had to do something anything to make it look decent enough for an event later that week. She’s nice until you share your honest thoughts on the outcome. Hair color was off by a lot. Sat in her chair for almost 3 hours while she chatted away with her customers and barely kept an eye on my second round of bleach. I highly recommend Jen. She truly made me feel amazing after leaving her salon. I have very fine hair, but she did a perm that made my hair look full and bouncing. I’m really happy with her work.
