I came to this salon because I friend of mine suggested me. I had an appointment at 4:30 and did not get in until 5 pm. Anyway, Toney saw my hair he said I have no shape on the hair, I told him I don't really like layers and than he showed me a photo of a girl with triple length of my hair with front layers saying It would look good on me. I’ve been coming to Vince for over ten years. No one else is allowed to touch my hair. One of the best things I got out of my divorce was Vince! Never letting him go.

Thanks for your reply Tony . As I mentioned above, I was advised to return later for adjustments to my hair, as the service wasn’t completed to my satisfaction. Since I paid the full price for the original service, I want to confirm that no additional charges will apply when I come back for the fix. Additionally, could you please let me know who will be handling the correction when I return?

Honestly, i don’t like your work. I don’t wanna be mean there so i didn’t say anything there. You did uneven hair color on my hair and i am not satisfied with the color, the color you gave me is not the one that i show you. Also, there is no color in ends. Looks like you didn’t touch my ends for color, so very uneven As per i paid, it’s not worth it actually
