Rude with walk in customers and refuse to work with you unless you have an appointment. I wouldn’t send anyone here and it’s a shame they are in such a convenient location surrounded with such nice customer service places to eat etc but the customer service here and vibe you get when being in the store is very unwelcoming.
A 2 hour wait for a simple haircut is WILD.
