I don’t even know where to begin. My 15 yr daughter went into this salon expecting a simple haircut… and walked out looking like she lost a fight with a weed-whacker. I am NOT exaggerating — the stylist Marilyn destroyed her hair. Not trimmed. Not “shaped.” Destroyed. She explained what she wanted. Just wanna trim , clean it up And redo her curtain bangs. I recently had my hair highlighted Cut and styled by Nicole. She did exactly what I asked for. She was very professional at the same time. She was fun and friendly. I will be returning. I filled the price was very fair. I recommend her to anyone seeking a professional hairstylist, knowing her techniques.
I've tried 3times to book appoint to mo avail. This system they have in place sucks. I tried to get into their system but twice something was always wrong with trying to create a contact to make appoint. Very frustrating
I wont even give them a one star...three times Ive been , 3 different stylists , all destroyed my hair ...but the worst was Autumn ...she not only destroyed my hair but belittled me the entire time ...how I shouldnt cry , I asked for this ...etc ..HORRID woman . Ill find another place tyvm
I was looking for a new hairdresser since I first moved to lombard. My last stylist was from hair cuttery in broadview. She did beautiful cuts and colors in me. The other girls were good too. My mistake was thinking all hair butteries are like that one. The guy with dark curly hair and a blob of blonde on one side. Though his hair looked very nice but he probably had someone else cut and color it I wanted a color and highlights and a trim I left there my hair was all broken and chopped up.
