I booked an appointment online for a full highlight and a cut. Within one week I have roots that are showing. When booking online the price was $140 when I went to check out I was charged $165 they failed to tell you that $25 is for toning. I hesitate on writing this review because when I was there getting my service done the girls that work there were talking about the customer reviews and really putting customers down. My 1st visit was to a stylist named Maria. Hair was uneven in the back and FLAT. So, next time I went to Brandi. She gave me a good layered style. Went to her again yesterday. I told her to just trim up the layers and bangs and to make it just a little shorter. Nightmare! First of all, this time she decided to do a razor haircut even though I did not ask for it.
