On the outside of one of your windows it says, "Walk ins welcome." I have been to your salon and have had to wait before, no big deal. A 15- 20 min wait I can handle if there are people ahead of me in line. But this morning I walked in and you told me I would need to wait an hour because people had appointments. An hour?
