Maybe don't offer a special, or put limitations to it, if you are going to have the store manager make passive aggressive comments, snide suggestions and rude asides to both the client and the stylist doing the work. The stylist was fantastic, would come back for her, I'll just have to make sure the manager isn't there.
I got my hair done on Sunday by Savannah, and I love it! Everyone at my work loves it. Savannah really knew what I was looking for and made some great suggestions and gave honest feedback. I think I will forever go to Savannah now! Thank you for all that you did :)

Hair specialist was great. Took me as a walk in for cut, color & brow with no wait.
I took my daughter who has special needs in for a long over due haircut. Rachael was her stylist and she was AMAZING with Krista! It's not easy to find normal, everyday services when you have a kid with special needs and actually get good service so it meant so much to me that my daughter had a good experience at this salon and was spoken to like a 14 year old girl should be while having every step of the explained to her. Thank you! ❤
