Asked just for a trim leave the length in the back. Ended up cutting 3-4 inches off in the back. Spent 8 months growing my hair out and it’s all down the drain.

I took my 7 year old to get a haircut. There was a new stylist who argued herself into took my daughter's haircut from the lady I wanted to do her hair. I went back after three days to see if I could get the stylist I wanted to do her hair again and was told that I have to pay for new haircut. I believe they don't follow their customer satisfaction policy. My two kids and husband go to this salon for haircut all the time but now they have lost three customers due to poor attitude from one stylist and unaccommodating manger.
