Made an appointment. Showed up for appointment. Stylist wasn’t there. Nobody ever attempted to call, text, or email about cancellation. The gal who checked me in didn’t apologize at all— just assumed I’d take the back-up stylist. Since I’d gone there based on referral, I left and got my haircut at another salon.
