Just dropped my 16 year old daughter off and when I picked her up she was standing while getting her hair cut and she did not get a shampoo/conditioner. When the charge was the full cost I asked why she wasn't shampooed I was told "you seemed like you were in a rush." When someone books a service, unless you say you don't want the whole service, you should get the whole service. Won’t be going back.

Nikki did a good job on my daughter's hair, but I had sticker shock at checkout. No clue it would be that expensive. I just lost my job last week and expected to go in for the regular $30 haircut, but it was double! Never going back. I'll stick with Great Clips that's got a more reasonable price and honest staff who would have told me the charges upfront.
