After an total of a two hr wait they can’t even do a basic fade on a boys hair! Which is $14 compared to a barber shops $10!
you could start by sticking to your slogan "walk ins welcome" i walked in the only time the staff even acknowledged my presence was when i checked in, after that i was pretty much ignored..the gentlemen who came in right after me and checked in, was taken within 2 minutes.. while i sat there, 45 minutes later, i walked out..I do not think ill be using hair cuttery again..and ive been going there for 15 years..

The unprofessionalism of some of your employees is just awful. My mom was in yesterday and the guy who works there is absolutely rude. I was in today and the woman (her name begins with a B, I won't call her out in public) should learn it's not nice to publicly talk trash on her co-worker to customers. I will.never come back again.
