RecommendedHad a great experience and wonderful hair cut, blow out and style
HORRIBLE customer service. I walked in and was told I would be checked in shortly. Stood at the counter for another 5 min and was told I could sit and someone would be with me shortly. Day for another 15 min while at least three stylist finished with their customers and checked them out, not once addressing me. After 20 minutes I left...never once being addressed.
Ive been to a few Hairy Cuttery in the area, I found this one little white ago after another location told me that it was gonna be a long wait. This location is always nice, friendly, upbeat. Never had to wait too long to be seated in the chair. Love how the stylists are always friendly, they take their time with their customers but also keeps the flow going.
