Gotta respond to the incredibly ignorant review of a hairstylist at holland Windsor. I've been going to this hair cuttery for 17 years and was sitting in the front when this lady was there. She was treated with nothing but respect by all the ladies who talked with her and Nicole wasn't even the first person to talk to as she states. Shame you need to use race to bolster your argument and your even disgusting enough to suggest she should be fired. Shame on you!
When I arrived, checked in by Nicole (who offered poor customer service). While waiting, one of the stylist came over to checkin other customers and realized that Nicole never checked me in and had to re-enter me into the system. After waiting for awhile, Nicole was the only hairdresser available. I am African American and it was obvious that Nicole did not want to do my hair.
