Yesterday evening I went in for a trim. After waiting 15 minutes, the stylist told me that she may not have time to do my hair and suggested two other stylists I should try. Both stylists declined to do my hair stating they had other clients. Asking how much longer it might be, I decided to wait the additional 45 minutes. Finally, after 2 hours I think it is my turn and she tells me she has a previous appointment.
