VERRY personable....wash, cut and styled for a great price. Elyssia styled my hair. She also gave me a complementary gift. A cosmetic bag with hot iron spray and sample shampoo and conditioner. Also coupons. I highly recommend Hair Cuttery. If any friends would like a coupon let me know.
Only second time coming here...first time was March 2017 and we were in and out and my son got a great haircut. This time, I checked in around 12:50pm, was told an hour wait. Here it is 2pm and my son (who is two years old) has done fell asleep and there was two other people who were just now going back. Disappointed the second time around and likely will not be back. A waste of an hour, and the wrong expectation set, is about as worse as that spending too much or getting a bad service!
Absolute horrible hair cut. I got 8 inches off and just wanted long layers... tHere are long pieces that don't fit in, and the ends are extremely bulky that they "poof" out on the bottom. The employees looked like they just rolled out of bed, none of them were well groomed. Horrible experience, I will not be returning.
