I just had the best experience here. They were so friendly when I came in and AJ was my stylist and not only did I get a great hair cut but his shampoo skills are amazing. I will back!! Thank you very much.
Didn't Get What I asked for – ent yesterday with a picture of a new style that I wanted. I had let my hair grow out in order to get this new style. I ended up leaving with the exact same thing I had previously which looked nothing like the picture. Now I realize hair grows back, but wanted my new style this time, not next time.sigh. I won't be going back. In addition they spend a lot of their "chatting" time trying to upsell. Don't like the high pressure sales, just give me what I asked for. VERY disappointing!!!
