This morning was my first time going to Hair Cutters USA! It won't be my last! Frances was amazing! She talked to me about the use of hair products, when and when not to use them, how to use them, and more. Super friendly and outgoing. My hair turned out amazing! I went straight home, picked up my 15 year old daughter and returned to have Frances cut her hair also! This place is busy but with so many staff, nobody had to wait more than a couple of minutes.
