Shopping here is not always bad. The owners are the problem. I bought a hair dryer and less than thirty minutes later, I returned being someone gifted me one. BLESSING! Anyways, couldn’t get the money back gave me store credit with my phone number and receipt. I had a really bad experience at this hair store. The employees are extremely rude and make you feel uncomfortable the whole time you’re shopping. They constantly watch you like you’re going to steal something, which is very disrespectful. One of Ms. Han’s employees even snatched money right out of my hand, which was completely uncalled for. The son is also very rude and unprofessional. I will never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Whoever the male is , TERRIBLE customer service skills & disgusting attitude. It was clear as day I got rung up for piercings that I never received. Very unwelcoming, can't speak as you walk in or even as you shop .... but they sure can watch you !!! Decided to put my things down and shop else where !!! Ever since the new system the got I can never use my points and all the points I had before just gone .
