This was by far the most unprofessional salon experience I have ever had. Despite booking my appointment well in advance, Krista rescheduled my appointment time multiple times the day of my appointment. Krista is truly a hair miracle worker! I’ve come to her with some challenges caused by other stylists, and every time she’s been able to completely turn things around. She knows exactly what needs to be done and has the skill, precision, and artistry to make it happen. I got the best haircut of my life here, seriously! Krista is so good at what she does! Very thorough, professional, and precise. After having a nightmare experience at a different salon, I felt so comfortable and safe here. I left with the biggest smile on my face feeling like a whole new woman! If anyone asks me where they should go for any hair service, I’m sending them this way every time
