The only star I’m giving is because the owner was very polite in the beginning. I went to this salon with clear pictures of how I wanted my hair to look, but the result was completely different from what I asked for. I was very disappointed with how it turned out. When I expressed that I wasn’t happy, the owner — who did my hair — didn’t take any responsibility. She stayed polite, but it was clear she didn’t really care that I was unhappy with the result. Kim is so hard working. Even though she is the only one in the salon, she always does her best to take care of her customers. I got color done on my hair with layers and I absolutely love it. Kim always takes her time with my hair to make sure that it is perfect. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to get their hair done. Not only this, but she is very accommodating. Sun is the only person in the salon so I just started going there and first she does not wash your hair. She is the only person so she gets calls while trying to to cut your hair. She even stopped cutting my hair to wash and blow out a young boys hair then came back to me. How can you concentrate on what your doing with constant interruptions.
