I am very disappointed with my experience today. I had an appointment with Ava at 12:00 p.m. and ended up waiting for over an hour. During that time, no one came to acknowledge me, apologize for the delay, or give me an update. A simple greeting or explanation would have shown basic courtesy and respect for my time.
