I had never walked out of a haircut... til I saw Nelly yesterday. I had been seeing her for about a year, so I could trust her with a keratin treatment, right? WRONG - we didn't even get that far. I am very disappointed with my experience today. I had an appointment with Ava at 12:00 p.m. and ended up waiting for over an hour. During that time, no one came to acknowledge me, apologize for the delay, or give me an update. A simple greeting or explanation would have shown basic courtesy and respect for my time.
