I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have always had positive experiences, which is why this review is disappointing to write. Unfortunately, I had an appointment with a new stylist two days ago and the experience was not good. I consistently ask for the same haircut every time - face-framing layers with curtain or side bangs. I also showed a reference photo to be clear about what I wanted.
