Nasty attitude. Refused to look at the picture I showed her to cut to. She said: “the hair in the picture must be styled not cut, and I know you, you won’t have time for that, so you don’t need to show me anything.” Excuse me?! How do you know what I want my hair to look like if I don’t show you what it actually looks like?? And as a customer I don’t have the right to request my hair to be cut in the way I wanted?! Peggy was the most arrogant rude hairstylist, she man handled me and scolded me. I couldn’t run out in the middle of my cut, this was indeed my experience although I had good hair cuts with her a while ago. She has suddenly become psychotic. Scary

The shop is definitely quick and efficient, but the customer service could be a lot better. The staff came across as rushed and somewhat impatient, and it didn’t really feel like they cared much about what I wanted. The haircut felt more focused on getting people in and out as fast as possible rather than making sure the customer was happy with the experience. Fast service is great, but attitude and attention to detail matter too.

This was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever had. The female hairstylist had an extremely rude and aggressive attitude from the beginning. During the haircut, she would not even allow me to turn my head to look at my hair or check the progress. Every time I tried to see the haircut, she became irritated and impatient.
