Peggy was the most arrogant rude hairstylist, she man handled me and scolded me. I couldn’t run out in the middle of my cut, this was indeed my experience although I had good hair cuts with her a while ago. She has suddenly become psychotic. Scary

The shop is definitely quick and efficient, but the customer service could be a lot better. The staff came across as rushed and somewhat impatient, and it didn’t really feel like they cared much about what I wanted. The haircut felt more focused on getting people in and out as fast as possible rather than making sure the customer was happy with the experience. Fast service is great, but attitude and attention to detail matter too.

This was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever had. The female hairstylist had an extremely rude and aggressive attitude from the beginning. During the haircut, she would not even allow me to turn my head to look at my hair or check the progress. Every time I tried to see the haircut, she became irritated and impatient.
