I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel completely heartbroken and disappointed after my experience here. I trusted Alex with my hair, getting a keratin straightening treatment done ($280). I followed every single instruction carefully- no washing for 2 days, only sulfate-free shampoo, serum, gentle care, everything I was told to do. Traveled an hour away to get my hair done here and it was very worth it! Will be coming here for all my haircuts when I’m in town from now on. Alex did an amazing job, highly recommend.
Amazing haircut and great staff. I am usually so scared to cut my short hair but he cut it the perfect length without awkwardness. Great face framing too. Recommend definitely!
