Paid upfront for 6 months didn’t like it the color match was never good. The piece never lasted longer than 3 weeks the glue would get sticky and matte up the hair. Then to top it off they took 520$ from my account without my consent. When I talked to them on the phone they said they would put the money back in my account but they never did now they won’t answer my call. I’m now talking with my bank about them charging my account without consent hopefully I can get the money they took. This company is a total scam
I’m extremely frustrated with the level of service at your center. Over the past four months, I’ve been paying via autopay, yet I’ve only been able to receive the service once. The rest of my appointments have either been canceled due to staffing issues or mismanaged scheduling—despite me clearly communicating that I have limited availability due to my work schedule. In addition, the wrong size hairpiece was ordered for me. It came off within a week, and now I’m being told I have to wait another two months for a replacement.... read more
