Hairclub is the best choice I’ve made for my hair. It’s a small business on the Bloomington area with great workers who bring lighthearted energy to the center. The Bloomington team is amazing. I recommend for anyone dealing with hair loss.
This is a scam. I don’t know how this isn’t fraud. You will never get a refund; There is no incentive to provide decent service and it shows. They are deceptive. Every single promise The consultant tells you and the website “guarantees” absolutely does not happen. You’re told to provide days to make an appointment and that a scheduler will contact you- They can’t even do that simple task. Paid upfront for 6 months didn’t like it the color match was never good. The piece never lasted longer than 3 weeks the glue would get sticky and matte up the hair. Then to top it off they took 520$ from my account without my consent. When I talked to them on the phone they said they would put the money back in my account but they never did now they won’t answer my call. I’m now talking with my bank about them charging my account without consent hopefully I can get the money they took. This company is a total scam
I’m extremely frustrated with the level of service at your center. Over the past four months, I’ve been paying via autopay, yet I’ve only been able to receive the service once. The rest of my appointments have either been canceled due to staffing issues or mismanaged scheduling—despite me clearly communicating that I have limited availability due to my work schedule.
